Place the frozen edamame in a bowl, add water (not included in the recipe) and leave for 3 minutes.
Drain in a colander, remove the beans from the pods and discard the skins. -

Place two slices of cheese in an omelet pan, top with edamame beans and sprinkle with black pepper.
Turn on low heat and cook for about 3 minutes until browned.
Turn off the heat, peel off the edges and place on a cutting board.
Cut into 4 equal parts and it's done.
Point
- Use 100g of frozen edamame, removed from the pods.
- Frozen edamame can be thawed in the microwave or naturally.
If you prefer, you can use it without removing the skin.
You can omit the black pepper if you like.
・You can use a small frying pan instead of an egg cooker.
