- サバの水煮缶 : 1缶
- トマト : 1個
- 生姜 : 10g
- 舞茸 : 1パック
- (A) Noodle soup : 大さじ3
- (A) Cooking sake : 大さじ2
- 塩昆布 : 5g
- 大葉 : 5~10枚

Prepare the ingredients

Remove the stems from the washed tomatoes.
Cut off the stems of the perilla leaves and shred them.
Chop the ginger into thin strips, leaving the skin on. -

研いだお米を炊飯釜に入れ、サバの水煮缶の水分、(A)を加え、冷たい水(分量外)を1.5~2合の線の中間まで加える。
サバの水煮缶の中身、トマト、生姜を加える。
舞茸を手で千切って加える。
塩昆布を加えたら、炊飯器に入れて通常炊飯する。 -

炊けたら大葉を加え、トマトとサバをほぐすように混ぜたら完成。
Point
・Ingredients are provided for four servings for men and five servings for women.
・Wash the rice in advance.
・You can use your favorite mushrooms instead of maitake mushrooms.
・The noodle soup used is twice as concentrated.
・If you don't like the smell of shiso leaves, you can leave them out.
-Adding ginger can reduce the strong odor of mackerel.
- After cooking the rice, you can add pickled plum paste if you like.
- Adding cooking sake reduces the fishy smell of the mackerel and makes the rice glossy and fragrant.
