- (B) Powdered gelatin : 5g

Point
・A 12cm round shape is used.
・The biscuit dough is not necessary.
Milk can be substituted with soy milk or almond milk.
・You can also line the mold with parchment paper.
- At the end, it is a good idea to press the biscuit dough down with the bottom of a cup.
・We use strained cottage cheese.
- Adjust the amount of powdered artificial sweetener to your liking between 20 and 40g.
・If the powdered gelatin does not dissolve completely, microwave for an additional 5 to 10 seconds.
In step 4, adding the gelatin liquid while stirring quickly will prevent lumps from forming, but if lumps do form, heat in the microwave for 20 to 30 seconds.
・Time required to cool in the refrigerator is not included in the total time.
