Ingredients
- bitter chocolate : 100g
- バター(無塩) : 30g
- 温めた牛乳 : 25g
- きび砂糖(グラニュー糖) : 50g
- (A)卵 : 1個 (殻無しで55g)
- (A)卵黄 : 1個
- (B)薄力粉 : 35g
- (B)ココアパウダー : 15g
- (B)ベーキングパウダー : 2g
- お好みのクッキー : 適量

Break the bitter chocolate into small pieces by hand in a heat-resistant bowl.
Add butter.
Heat in a 600w microwave for 1 minute.
After heating, leave for 5 minutes. -

Mix 1 with a whisk.
Add warm milk and mix.
Add cane sugar and mix.
Add (A) and mix.
Add (B) while shaking.
Mix until there are no lumps. -

Pour 2 into the mold.
Smooth the dough with a rubber spatula.
Arrange the cookies on top of the dough.
Bake in an oven preheated to 160 degrees for 16 minutes. -

冷めたら、お好みの大きさに切り分けて完成。
Point
・Use a 15cm x 15cm square shape.
・Before cooking, line the mold with parchment paper.
・Preheat the oven to 160℃ in advance.
- Cane sugar is recommended as it gives it a richer flavor.
・You can use whatever cookies you like to put on top.
