Heat in the microwave for 10 seconds. -

Prepare the sweet potatoes

Place the sweet potato with the best-shaped part facing down, or if it has been peeled, place that side facing up and make cuts in it with a knife.
Put a small amount of the sweet potato flesh into a separate dish and mash it with a spoon.
Place sweet potatoes on a plate.
Place the mashed sweet potato on the cuts. -

・Use 200g of sweet potatoes per piece.
