  • そうめん : 100g
  • 醤油 : 大さじ1
  • (A) Sugar : 小さじ1/2
  • (A) Chicken stock powder : 小さじ1/2
  • (A) Japanese-style granulated soup stock : 小さじ1/2
  • 水 : 200ml
  • 小ねぎ : 1本
  • (B) Sesame oil : 大さじ1/2
  • (B) Tempura scraps : 適量
  • (B) Black pepper : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) Cut the green onions 01:45

    Cut off the root of the onion and chop into small pieces.

  2. 2) スープを作る 02:10

    丼に(A)と水大さじ1を入れて混ぜ、600wの電子レンジで20秒加熱する。
    混ぜ溶かし、醤油と残りの水を加えて混ぜる。
    ラップをして冷蔵庫で冷やす。

  3. 3) そうめんを茹でる 03:30

    大きめの耐熱ボウルにそうめんを広げて入れる。
    熱湯(分量外)を、そうめんが浸かるまで注ぎ、箸でそうめんをほぐす。
    軽くラップをして空気の通り道を開け、600wの電子レンジで2分30秒加熱する。
    箸でほぐしてから麺の硬さを確認し、芯が残っていないようならザルにあける。
    流水でよく揉み洗いしてぬめりを取る。
    水気をよく切る。

  4. 4) 盛り付ける 05:40

    2にそうめんを加え、(B)と小ねぎをトッピングしたら完成。
