- (A) Grated garlic : 小さじ1/3
- (A) Sesame oil : 小さじ1

Cut the komatsuna

Cut the komatsuna into 3cm widths.
Separate the tough stems from the soft leaves. -

Place the bean sprouts and the tough stems of the komatsuna in a plastic wrap bag and microwave at 600W for 2 minutes.
Add the tender leafy parts of the komatsuna and cook for another minute.
