ねぎとザーサイを、みじん切りにする。
沸騰したお湯(分量外)に、そうめんを入れる。
お湯が再沸騰したら火を止め、3分ほどそのまま置いておく。
フライパンにごま油をひく。
フライパンの中に、にんにくと生姜をすりおろして火にかける。
豚ひき肉と1を入れて炒める。
具材に火が通ったら、だし汁を投入し加熱する。
煮立ってきたら、(A)を投入し火を止め冷ましておく。
2のそうめんをザルにあけ、水洗いする。
水気を切ったそうめんを器に盛り付け、スープをかける。
上にかいわれ大根を飾り付けたら、完成。
・2人前のレシピとなっている。
・動画内のだし汁は専用のだしを使用しているが、水と粉末鰹だしでもよい。
・あらかじめ、そうめんを茹でる用のお湯(分量外)を沸かしておく。
・そうめんは、氷を入れて水洗いするとよい。
