  • 椎茸 : 5枚

  • ご飯 : 適量

Procedure

    Peel the winter melon and cut it into 4 equal parts lengthwise.

    Slice the green onions diagonally.

    Cut the shiitake mushrooms into bite-sized pieces.
    Cut the pork into bite-sized pieces.
