牛乳パックの蓋をしめて、よく振って泡立てる。 -

1を冷蔵庫で3時間以上冷やす。
牛乳パックから取り出し、お好みの大きさに切る。
棒を刺して完成。
Point
・牛乳パックはよく水洗いし、水分をよく拭き取る。
・冷蔵庫で3時間以上冷やす時間は所要時間に含まない。
・450mlの蓋付きの牛乳パックを使用している。
・混ぜて冷やすだけで手軽に作れる。
・材料2つで作れる。
