Ingredients
- pasta : 100g
- むき海老 : 50g
- ツナ缶 : 1個
- ニンニク : 1片
- Olive oil (for frying peeled shrimp) : 2 tablespoons
- 塩 : 小さじ1/4
- (A) Milk : 150ml
- (A) Green laver : 大さじ1
- (A) White soup stock : 大さじ1
- (A)オリーブオイル(パスタ用) : 大さじ2

Prepare the ingredients

Remove the sprouts from the garlic and chop it finely.
Peel the shrimp and remove the vein if present.
Drain the oil from the canned tuna thoroughly. -

Fry the peeled shrimp

Add olive oil (for frying peeled shrimp) to a frying pan and add the garlic from step 1.
When the garlic is fragrant, add the peeled shrimp and stir fry.
Stir fry for 1 to 1.5 minutes, and when lightly cooked, turn off the heat and set aside. -

Boiling the pasta

Add water (not included in the recipe) to another frying pan, add salt and heat.
Once boiling, add the pasta and cook for 2 minutes less than the time indicated on the packet.
Once cooked, replace with frying pan #2. -

Simmer the sauce and ingredients together.

Add the pasta from step 3 to the frying pan from step 2 and add 1 tablespoon of the cooking water (not included in the recipe).
Add the canned tuna and olive oil (for pasta).
Add (A) and heat.
Bring to a boil over medium heat.
After boiling, reduce heat to medium-low and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 2 minutes and 30 seconds. -

Point

- Garlic sprouts burn easily and can cause a bitter taste, so be sure to remove them.
- In step 1, when heating the peeled shrimp, be careful not to burn the garlic.
- Since the pasta will be simmered with the sauce, boil it for 2 minutes less than the time indicated on the packet.
