Ingredients
- 鶏もも肉 : 2枚(500~600g)
- 塩 : 4.5g
- (A) Sugar : 小さじ2
- (A) Salt : 1~2g
- (A) Soy sauce : 小さじ1
- (A) Grain mustard : 小さじ1
- (A) Vinegar : 大さじ1
- 油 : 大さじ2
- Spring onion : 適量

Procedure

Prepare the chicken thighs

Remove excess skin and yellow fat from the chicken thighs and make cuts in the thick part of the meat.
Sprinkle salt evenly on both sides.
Coat the skin with flour (not included in the recipe). -

ねぎソースを作る

器に(A)を入れてよく混ぜ、油を加えて混ぜる。
ネギを小口切りにして加えて混ぜる。 -

2を食べた酸い大きさに切ってお皿に盛り付ける。
2のフライパンに残った鶏だしを少量3に加えて混ぜ、鶏もも肉にかけたら完成。
Point
・The amount of chicken thighs can be increased up to 600g.
- The amount of salt used for seasoning should be 0.9% of the chicken thighs.
- Yellow fat causes an unpleasant odor, so it is best to remove it.
・If you coat the skin with flour it will cook better, but it's not necessary.
- Cooking with the lid on will steam the food, making it soft and preventing oil splatter.
-When grilling chicken thighs, add bay leaves and garlic if you have them to add flavor.
After adding the oil in step 3, you can taste it and add chicken stock powder if you like.
