Ingredients

  • 鶏もも肉 : 2枚(500~600g)
  • 塩 : 4.5g
  • (A) Sugar : 小さじ2
  • (A) Salt : 1~2g
  • (A) Soy sauce : 小さじ1
  • (A) Grain mustard : 小さじ1
  • (A) Vinegar : 大さじ1
  • 油 : 大さじ2
  • Spring onion : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) Prepare the chicken thighs 00:25

- Yellow fat causes an unpleasant odor, so it is best to remove it.
・If you coat the skin with flour it will cook better, but it's not necessary.
- Cooking with the lid on will steam the food, making it soft and preventing oil splatter.
-When grilling chicken thighs, add bay leaves and garlic if you have them to add flavor.
