- carrot : 60g
- Soy sauce : 2 tablespoons
- sugar : 2 tablespoons
- Sesame oil : 2 tablespoons
- vinegar : 1 tsp
- Grated garlic : 1 tsp
- roasted sesame : 1 tablespoon
- salt : a little
- Small onion : as you like
- Boiled egg : as you like
