    生姜を薄切りにする。
    フライパンに(A)、にんにく、生姜を入れて、中火~強火にかける。
    火を止めて、粗熱を取る。

    1の蓋を外し、お皿、鶏むね肉を入れたポリ袋を取り出し、20分おく。
    ポリ袋から鶏むね肉を取り出し、お好みの大きさに切る。
