- Granulated sugar : 30g
- Egg (L size) : 1 piece
- Fresh cream : 100ml
- lemon juice : 1/2 tbsp
- flour : 3 tsp
- Salad oil : Appropriate amount
- mint : as you like

Put cream cheese in a heat-resistant bowl and heat in a microwave for 30 seconds.
Add granulated sugar and mix well with a whisk.
Break in the eggs and mix again.
Add fresh cream and mix again.
Add lemon juice and mix again.
Add the flour in 3 portions while shaking and mix each time. -

Lightly drop it on the table several times to remove the air from the dough.
Heat in a 600 W microwave for 1 minute and 50 seconds without wrapping. -
