Ingredients

  • (A) Ketchup : 1/2 cup
  • (A) Dark brown sugar : 2 tbsp and 1/2 tbsp

  • (A) Hot sauce : 1 tablespoon
  • (A) Salt : 1 and 1/2 teaspoon
  • (A) Honey : 2 tablespoons
  • mustard : 1/2 cup
  • mayonnaise : 1/2 cup
  • Chili : Appropriate amount
  • Chicken breast : About 450g
  • Chicken skin : About 120g
  • (B) Salt : 2 tsp
  • (B) Sugar : 1 tsp
  • (B) MSG (umami seasoning) : 3/4 teaspoon
  • (B) White pepper : 1 tsp
  • (B) Garlic powder : 2 tsp
  • (B) Medium-strength flour : 1 cup
  • (B) Salt : 2 tsp
  • (B) MSG (umami seasoning) : 1 tsp
  • (B) Garlic powder : 2 tsp
  • (B) Paprika : 2 tsp
  • water : 1 tablespoon
  • egg : 2 pieces
  • Bread crumbs : 1 cup

Procedure

  1. 1) Make fried chicken sauce 02:14
