Slice the onion thinly, chop the ginger with the skin on, and cut the beef tallow in half.

Put soy sauce, mirin, red wine, consomme, white soup, sugar and water in a pan and heat it. Add onions and ginger and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Add beef and beef tallow and simmer for 1-2 minutes.

Point
・ In the video, beef ribs from overseas are cut off and mirin-style seasonings are used.
