- pork : 200g
- Onions (sliced) : 1/2 piece
- (A) Grated ginger : 1 piece ~
- (A) Sugar : 1/2 tbsp
- (A) Soy sauce : 3 tbsp
- (A) Mirin : 3 tbsp
- (A) Sake : 3 tbsp
- Sesame oil : 2 tablespoons
- egg : 2 pieces (for 1 person)
- milk : 2 tbsp (for 1 person)
- cheese : 2 tbsp (for 1 person)
- rice : Appropriate amount
- White onion : Appropriate amount
- roasted sesame : Appropriate amount

Procedure

Make egg juice for one person

Add cheese and milk and mix well. -
