- (B)牛乳 : 250g
- (B)砂糖 : 30g
- (B)ゼラチンパウダー : 6g
- 生クリーム : 50g
- あんこ : 適量
- ホイップクリーム : 適量
- 抹茶(仕上げ用) : 適量

Remove from heat, add 1 and mix.
