Ingredients

  • (A)強力粉 : 250g
  • (A)砂糖 : 15g
  • (A)塩 : 4g
  • (A)ドライイースト : 2g
  • (A)水 : 140ml
  • 白ごま : 1袋
  • 黒ごま : 1袋

Procedure

  1. 1) 生地をこねる 00:04

    ボウルに(A)を入れてヘラで混ぜる。
    粉目がなくなってきたら手でこねる。
    ラップにくるんで休ませる。

  2. 2) 成形する 01:15

    Place 1 on a counter and knead until soft.
    Cut into 4 equal pieces.
    Roll one out into a long strip using a rolling pin.
    Place it horizontally and fold it into thirds, then pinch the seams together with your fingers to prevent them from coming apart.
    Flatten one end with a rolling pin.
    Twist it into a circle.
    Place the stretched end over the other end and press together.
    Shape the remaining dough in the same way.
