- Cotton tofu : 1 (300g)
- サンチュ : 適宜
- ねぎ : 5cm分
- (A)しょうゆ : 大さじ2
- (A)砂糖 : 大さじ1
- (A)酒 : 大さじ1
- (A)白いりごま : 大さじ1
- (A)にんにく : 1片
- (A)しょうがのすりおろし : 1片
- ごま油 : 大さじ1
