    新ジャガイモをよく洗い、芽を取ったら、3~5mm幅の細切りにする。スライスチーズは縦に半分に切る。

    豚肉を広げ、スライスチーズと新ジャガイモをのせたら手前から巻く。

    熱したフライパンにオリーブオイルを入れ、2の巻き終わりを下にして並べたら、全体に焼き色がつくまで強火で焼く。焼き色がついたら火を弱めの中火にし、塩こしょうをして酒を加えたら蓋をし1分蒸し焼きにする。1分経ったら裏返し再度蓋をして1分蒸し焼きにする。蓋を取り強火で全体に焼き色をつけたら器に取り出す。

  4. 4) ピザソースを作る 07:09

    小さめの容器に(A)を加えよく混ぜ合わせたら完成。
