- Olive oil (for sauce) : 2 tsp

- トマトジュース : 100cc

- モッツァレラチーズ : 1個(100g)
- 塩 : ひとつまみ程度
- 片栗粉 : ふたつまみ程度
- オリーブ油(焼く用) : 小さじ1
- 黒コショウ : 適量
- 乾燥パセリ : 適量

Add onions and fry until translucent.
Add tomato juice and heat over low heat.
Grate the consomme and 1 garlic and simmer until thickened. -
