Ingredients
- Shumai skin : 15 sheets
- 豚ひき肉 : 300g
- 塩 : 小さじ1/2
- 醤油 : 大さじ2
- 酒 : 大さじ1と1/2
- 片栗粉 : 大さじ1と1/2
- 玉ねぎ : 40g
- ニラ : 40g
- ごま油 : 小さじ1
- 油 : 適量
- お湯 : 80ml
