- (A) Cold water : 600ml
- (A) Granulated beef stock : 16g
- (A) Soy sauce : 2 teaspoons
- (A) Vinegar : 2 teaspoons
- (A) White sesame oil : 2 teaspoons
- (A) Salt : 少々

Make the sauce

Add (A) to a bowl and mix thoroughly.
Chill in the refrigerator. -

Rinse the shirataki noodles

Place the shirataki noodles in a colander, rinse with water and drain well.

食べやすい大きさに切ったサラダチキン、半分に切った味付き卵、流水解凍した冷凍オクラ、(B)をトッピングしたら完成。
Point
・The amount shown is for two people.
・We use shirataki noodles that do not require soaking to remove the bitterness.
・Keep the shirataki noodles chilled until just before serving.
・White sesame oil can be substituted with salad oil.
