  • (B)片栗粉 : 小さじ1/2
  • (B)水 : 小さじ1

  1. 1) 木綿豆腐を切る 01:06

    木綿豆腐は水気を拭き取り、半分に切ってから対角線上に切り、立てて薄切りにする。

Point
