  • (A) Mayonnaise : 大さじ2
  • (A) Noodle soup : 大さじ1
  • (A) Sesame oil : 大さじ1/2
  • そうめん : 2束(100g)
  • すだち : 1個

Procedure

  1. 1) Do the preparations 02:21

    Make a slit in the mentaiko skin and remove it with the back of a knife.
    Place the mentaiko (with the skin removed) into a container.
    Add the drained can of tuna.

    Chill in the refrigerator.

    Boil water (not included in the recipe) in a pot.
    Add the somen noodles and boil for the specified time.
    Turn off the heat and drain the somen noodles in a colander.
    Add water (not included in the recipe) to remove the stickiness and cool the somen noodles.
    Soak the somen noodles in ice water (not included in the recipe) to firm them up.

    器にそうめんを盛る。
    明太ツナマヨネーズをかける。
    すだちを絞って混ぜて完成。

Point
