- (A)水 : 200ml
- (A)板昆布 : 2g
- (B)白だし : 大さじ4
- (B)酢 : 大さじ1/3
- (B)水あめ : 40g
- (B)塩 : 小さじ1/4
- いりごま : 小さじ2

Take out the kelp of 1 and cut it into small pieces with a width of 1 mm and put it in a heat-resistant container.
Heat in a 600w microwave for 30 seconds.
Add (B) and mix. -

Sprinkle salt on the okra, roll it on a cutting board and shave it.
Boil in boiling water for 1 minute.
Rinse with running water to remove rough heat and drain.
Cut off the upper part from the gaku, put it in pickled juice, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. -
