- 合いびき肉 : 300g
- 白ねぎ : 100g

Cutting vegetables

Cut the peppers in half and remove the seeds, pulp and stem.
Make cuts on both sides of the white onion and chop finely. -

合わせ調味料を作る

器に(A)を入れてよく混ぜる。

肉味噌を作る

ボウルに氷水(分量外)を作り、ピーマンを浸けて冷やす。
フライパンを強めの中火にかけ、合いびき肉を入れてほぐしながら炒める。
キッチンペーパーで脂をよく拭き取り、白ねぎを加えて軽く炒める。

盛り付ける

ピーマンと肉味噌をそれぞれお皿に盛り付けたら完成。
