Ingredients
- pumpkin : 1/4 piece (approx. 350g including seeds and cotton)
- 玉ねぎ : 1/2個(100g)
- (A)水 : 100ml
- (A)みりん : 大さじ1
- (A)砂糖 : 大さじ1
- (B)しょうゆ : 大さじ3
- (B)酢 : 大さじ1
- (B)ごま油 : 大さじ1
- (B)おろしニンニク : 小さじ1
- (B)おろしショウガ : 小さじ2
- (B)だしの素 : 小さじ1/4
