- 塩コショウ : 適量
- 酒 : 適量
- (A)みりん : 大さじ3
- (A)酒 : 大さじ2
- (A)しょうゆ : 大さじ3
- (A)オイスターソース : 大さじ1
- (A)砂糖 : 大さじ1
- (A)おろしニンニク : 小さじ1
- 黒コショウ : お好み量
