- (A)醤油 : 大さじ3
- (A)酒 : 大さじ1
- (A)みりん : 大さじ1
- (A)砂糖 : 小さじ1
- (A)味の素 : 7振り
- (A)おろしニンニク : 5g
- (A)おろしショウガ : 5g
- (A)五香粉 : 小さじ1/2
- サラダ油 : 大さじ3程度
- 片栗粉 : 適量

3に片栗粉をまぶして油に入れ、中火で揚げ焼く。

火が通ればバットにあげ油を切り、3~4分放置し余熱で火を通す。
Point
