- (A) Grated ginger : 小さじ1
- (A) Grated garlic : 小さじ1
- (A) Salt and pepper (for seasoning) : 適量
- (B) Tamari soy sauce (for sauce) : 大さじ4
- (B) Mirin (for sauce) : 大さじ2
- (B) Sake (for sauce) : 大さじ2
- (B)塩胡椒(タレ用) : 適量
- (B) Roughness : 大さじ1と1/2
- ホワイトペッパー : As appropriate
- 白ごま : 適量
- 黒胡椒 : 適量

Point
・ When substituting tamari soy sauce with commercially available soy sauce, use 2 tablespoons of dark soy sauce plus 2 tablespoons of mirin and 1 teaspoon of rough soy sauce for a similar taste.
・ Return the chicken wings to room temperature before putting on the batter.
・ By kneading the potato starch well, the batter will not come off easily when frying.
・ The time required to soak the chicken wings in the seasoning is not included in the required time.
