  • (B) Tamari soy sauce (for sauce) : 大さじ4
  • (B) Mirin (for sauce) : 大さじ2
  • (B) Sake (for sauce) : 大さじ2
  • (B)塩胡椒(タレ用) : 適量
  • (B) Roughness : 大さじ1と1/2
  • ホワイトペッパー : As appropriate
  • 白ごま : 適量
  • 黒胡椒 : 適量

Procedure
