- チョコレート (コーティング用) : 100g
- 生クリーム : 50cc

Procedure

Chop chocolate

Finely chop the chocolate with a kitchen knife.
Divide 100g each and put in a bowl. -

Put the bowl of 1 in a water bath, melt it with a rubber spatula and mix.
Place in a silicone mold and spread on each.
Leave it for about 15 minutes to cool and harden. -

Make dough

Boil the remaining bowl of 1 and dissolve in a rubber spatula to mix.
Add fresh cream warmed to just before boiling and mix. -

全体を軽く数回作業台に落とし、生地内の空気を抜く。
15分程度放置し、冷やし固める。 -

仕上げる

2の残りのチョコレートを4に加え、スプーンなどで表面を均す。
冷蔵庫で1時間程度冷やし固める。
