Ingredients

  • 大根 : 1/2 bottle (500g)
  • 白だし : 80ml
  • 水 : 1ℓ
  • 塩 : ふたつまみ
  • サラダ油 : 鍋底から1cmほど
  • 片栗粉 : 適量

Procedure

    揚がったものから取り出し、1分ほど油を切ったら完成。

Point

・ Peel the radish as it will be difficult for the broth to soak into it.
・ After boiling the radish, drain it well.
・ Since the potato starch absorbs the water of the radish, sprinkle it with the potato starch and fry it immediately.
・ If you like, sprinkle with salt and green laver and eat.
