- (A)みりん : 50cc
- (A)砂糖 : 大さじ1と1/2
- 醤油 : 100cc
- 大根おろし : 適量
- かつお節 : 適量

Boil the radish

Peel the radish and cut into half-moons with a width of 1.5 cm.
Add plenty of water to the pan, add radish and heat over medium heat.
When it boils, reduce the heat to low and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes. -
