- みりん : 大さじ1
- 醤油 : 大さじ1と1/2
- 顆粒和風だし : 小さじ1/2
- 白ごま : 大さじ1

Wash the burdock and lightly scrape the skin.
Cut into julienne, put in a bowl and soak in water for about 10 minutes. -

Add burdock root and carrots and fry on medium heat for about 1 minute. -

Point
