  • 片栗粉 : 大さじ1
  • オリーブオイル : 大さじ1
  • (A)塩 : 小さじ1/2
  • カブ(葉付き) : 2~3個

  • 豆腐 : 1/2~1丁
  • Simeji : 1 pack
  • 水 : 3カップ
  • みりん : 大さじ1
  • (C)塩 : 小さじ1/2

Procedure

  1. 1) Cut chicken breast 01:50

    蓋をし、豆腐としめじに火が通るまで3~5分程煮る。

    すりおろしたカブを水分ごと加え、カブの葉を加えて軽く火が通ったら完成。

Point
