Procedure

    発酵した生地を取り出し、全体に(B)の強力粉をまぶす。
    麺棒で3mmの厚さに伸ばし、生地の端を切り落とす。
    5cm×5cm程の大きさに切り分ける。

    鍋に揚げ油を入れ、180℃まで温める。
    生地を入れ、こまめに返しながら揚げる。

    全体がきつね色になったら上げ、油を切る。
    粉糖をまぶし、ソースを添えたら完成。
