- (A) Garlic : 1 piece
- (B)にんにく : 2片
- 生唐辛子 : 2本
- 塩 : 適量
- (A)オリーブオイル : 1滴
- (B)オリーブオイル : 大さじ6
- パセリ(みじん切り) : 小さじ2

Cut garlic

Peel the garlic from (A) and slice it into thin slices.
Finely chop the garlic from (B) and use the belly of a kitchen knife to make a paste.
Sprinkle a small amount of salt and olive oil (A) on the garlic (B) and mix. -

Cut the pepper

Cut off the calyx and tip of the pepper to remove the seeds and cut into small pieces.

Fry garlic and chili peppers

Bring hot water to a boil in a pot.
Put the olive oil of (B) in a frying pan and heat it over low heat.
When lightly warmed, add the garlic (A) and (B) and fry.
Add pepper and fry so as not to burn. -

時折スパゲッティの固さを確認しながら、パセリを加え和えたら完成。
