Ingredients

  • そうめん : 100g
  • 鰹節 : 6g
  • (A) Soy sauce : 4 tbsp
  • (A)みりん : 大さじ4
  • (A) Sake : 大さじ2
  • (A)味の素 : 6振り
  • (A)砂糖 : 小さじ1/3
  • 冷水 : 250cc
  • 氷水 : 適量
  • 卵黄 : 1個

Procedure

  1. 1) Powder bonito flakes 03:23

    Boil the water in a frying pan over medium heat.
    Add somen noodles and boil according to the time indicated on the bag.
    After boiling, open it in a colander, wash it with running water, and drain it.
    Put the colander in ice water, wash it gently, and drain it lightly.

    そうめんを、器に盛り付ける。
    めんつゆを器に盛り、卵黄を浮かべたら完成。

Point
