鍋に、トマトが半分浸かる程度のお湯を沸かす。
トマトを入れ、中火で15秒加熱したら裏返す。
更に15秒加熱したら取り出し、冷水(分量外)にさらして皮を剥く。 -

漬ける

ジップ袋に2と白だしを入れ、空気を抜いて口を閉じる。
途中で裏返しながら、冷蔵庫で漬けたら完成。
Point
- Use large tomatoes.
・It is a good idea to boil water in advance.
- Ziploc bags can be replaced with plastic bags or storage containers.
*Time spent in the refrigerator is not included in the time required.
- If you like, you can top it with thinly sliced shiso leaves.
