Ingredients

  • Unglazed almonds : 100g
  • 甜菜糖 : 30g
  • 水 : 20cc
  • 無塩バター : 10g
  • ミルクチョコレート : 100g
  • 塩 : ひとつまみ
  • ココアパウダー : 適量

Procedure

  1. 1) Melt chocolate 01:06

    Crush the chocolate into small pieces and melt in a water bath.

    Heat a frying pan over medium heat and add beet sugar and water.
