Procedure

  1. 1) Cut French bread 01:15

    Cut French bread into 1 cm wide pieces.

  2. 2) Melt chocolate 01:37

    Finely chop the black chocolate of (A) and melt it in a water bath.

  3. 3) Mix with milk 02:15

    Heat the milk in a 600w microwave for 1 minute.
    Add to 2 and mix and heat in a 600w microwave for 30 seconds.

    片面を、160℃に予熱をしたオーブンで20分焼く。
    裏返して再度160℃のオーブンで20分焼き、粗熱を取る。

  6. 6) コーティングをする 04:38

    (B)をそれぞれ刻み、湯煎で溶かす。
    ブラックチョコレートで、ラスクをコーティングする。
    お好みのトッピングをしたら、完成。

Point

・ Do not cut French bread to a thickness of 1 cm or more.
・ Chocolate may be finely crushed by hand.
・ If chocolate grains remain after heating, strain with a tea strainer.
・ You can change the toppings to your liking.
・ Pistachios and raspberries should be finely chopped and topped.
