Ingredients
- 卵(タルタルソース用) : 1と1/2個
- 玉ねぎ : 1/6個
- (A)マヨネーズ : 大さじ3
- (A)塩 : 少々
- (A)コショウ : 少々
- もうかざめ : 300g
- Salt (for seasoning) : 少々
- 薄力粉 : 適量
- パン粉 : 適量
- 卵(衣付け用) : 1/2個

タルタルソースを作る

ボウルに卵1個割り入れて溶きほぐす。
半量をボウルに取り分け、タルタルソース用と衣付け用とに分ける。
残りの卵1個をタルタルソース用の卵に割り入れて黄身に3か所穴を空ける。
ラップをして600Wの電子レンジで1分加熱する。
卵をフォークで潰す。
玉ねぎを皮をむいてみじん切りして加える。
(A)を加えて混ぜる。 -

Fry for 2 1/2 to 3 minutes, then flip and fry on both sides.
