Ingredients

  • 卵(タルタルソース用) : 1と1/2個
  • 玉ねぎ : 1/6個
  • (A)マヨネーズ : 大さじ3
  • (A)塩 : 少々
  • (A)コショウ : 少々
  • もうかざめ : 300g
  • Salt (for seasoning) : 少々
  • 薄力粉 : 適量
  • パン粉 : 適量
  • 卵(衣付け用) : 1/2個

    ボウルに卵1個割り入れて溶きほぐす。
    半量をボウルに取り分け、タルタルソース用と衣付け用とに分ける。
    残りの卵1個をタルタルソース用の卵に割り入れて黄身に3か所穴を空ける。
    ラップをして600Wの電子レンジで1分加熱する。
    卵をフォークで潰す。
    玉ねぎを皮をむいてみじん切りして加える。
    (A)を加えて混ぜる。

    Sprinkle salt (for seasoning), place in a plastic bag, add the flour, and shake the bag to coat.
