Ingredients
- Cotton tofu : 1 (300-400g)
- 醤油 : 大さじ1
- みりん : 大さじ1
- 生姜 : 1片
- かつお節 : 1パック(4g)
- 片栗粉 : 適量
- ごま油 : 適量
- 青ねぎ : 適量
