- さつま揚げ : 小7個
- ごま油 : 大さじ1
- 酒 : 大さじ2
- みりん : 大さじ2
- 砂糖 : 大さじ1
- 塩 : ひとつまみ
- 醤油 : 大さじ1
- めんつゆ(2倍濃縮) : 大さじ3
- 水 : 300cc
- 水(水溶き片栗粉) : 小さじ1
- 片栗粉(水溶き片栗粉) : 小さじ1
