  • Shredded pork : 200g

  • こんにゃく : 120g
  • 里芋 : 5個

  • 甘酒 : 125cc
  • 和風だしの素 : 2g
  • 味噌 : 大さじ3
  • ごま油 : 大さじ1
  • 水 : 700cc
  • ごぼう : 1/2本

Procedure

    Heat the taro in a 500W microwave for 3 minutes.

    Cut carrots and radishes into ginkgo.

  3. 3) Cut konjac 02:49

    Cut the konjac into bite-sized pieces by hand.

  4. 4) ネギ味噌を作る 03:08

    長ネギをみじん切りし、味噌と混ぜ合わせる。

  5. 5) ごぼうを切る 04:00

    ごぼうを薄切りする。

  6. 6) 野菜を炒める 04:25

    鍋にごま油をひいて、人参、ごぼう、大根を入れて炒める。

  7. 7) 仕上げる 05:05

    野菜に火が通ったら、豚細切れ肉を加えて軽く炒める。水、こんにゃく、和風だしの素、皮を剥いた里芋、甘酒、味噌ネギを入れて煮込んだら完成。

Point

・ Radish and carrot may be heated in the microwave as well as taro.
