- ブラックペッパー : 適量
- 油 : 大さじ2
- ごま油 : 適量

えのきを半分に切り、手でほぐす。
油揚げの余分な油をキッチンペーパーで拭き取り、半分に切り5mm幅に切る。
ネギを斜めに切る。
ハムを細かく切る。 -

ボウルに1，卵を割り入れて、混ぜる。
鶏ガラスープの素、ブラックペッパーを加えて混ぜる。 -

焼く

フライパンに油をひいて、熱する。
2を入れて、固まるまで混ぜながら焼く。
固まってきたら、5等分にして裏返す。
ごま油を加えて、返しながら焼く。 -
