  • 鶏むね肉 : 約300g
  • (A) Soy sauce : 2 tsp
  • (A)塩 : 1/3 teaspoon
  • (A)酒 : 1 tablespoon
  • 片栗粉 : 適量
  • サラダ油 : 適量
  • (B)だし汁 : 100ml
  • (B)醤油 : 1 tablespoon
  • (B)みりん : 1 tablespoon
  • おろし生姜 : 1片
  • 大根おろし : 適量

    別にフライパンに(B)を入れ、強火で煮立たせる。
    煮立ったら火を止め、おろし生姜を加える。
